Returns
We want you to love your Nellou jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you require a different size or would like to exchange your purchase for another piece, we’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
To request an exchange, please email us at hello@nellou.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange for. We’ll then provide you with the next steps.
If the replacement item is higher in price, we’ll email you with details on how to pay the difference.
If the replacement item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
One Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. All Nellou pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults.
